As you walk through our office, you will notice smiling faces in a clean, comfortable and thoroughly sterilized environment. We are not an ordinary dental office. For these reasons, Our financial policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements, such as using one of the payment options listed below, have been made in advance. We know that the cost of care can be confusing so we give you up-front cost information on your treatment.
We do not work for insurance companies, we work for you. Our clinical recommendations are not based on insurance coverage, they are based on your oral health wants and needs. We do our best to maximize your dental benefits and estimate co-insurance costs, but ultimately, you are responsible for understanding your insurance policy's co-insurances, co-pays, deductibles, waiting period, fee schedule, etc. Therein, you are also responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance plan.

CareCredit Financing
CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards. Once you've applied, you can use it again and again at Oxford Dental or any healthcare provider that accepts CareCredit.
With shorter term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period.
CareCredit also offers extended financing for 24, 36, 48 or 60-month periods with Reduced APR and Fixed Monthly Payments.
